I went to Dr Ng Kai Lyn for a second opinion on my endometriosis, and I’m really glad I did. I was dealing with constant pain in my back and did not think it was associated with endometriosis. Dr Ng took the time to hear me out before assessing my condition and discovered that my endometriosis was more severe than I had thought. What I appreciate most is how she takes her time during consultations to explain what’s going on. She talks to you like a friend, lays out all the options clearly, and doesn’t rush through anything. Her calm and reassuring approach made a huge difference, especially before the surgery. Thanks to her recommendations and surgical plan, my daily pain has reduced significantly, and I’m so grateful I saw her and would highly recommended her to anyone dealing with endometriosis. It's my first time with Dr Ng. I didn't know what to expect and was apprehensive because I had to seek medical help with issues pertaining to my private area. But Dr Ng and her nurses were warm and set me at ease immediately. She explained everything in thorough details and went above and beyond to advise me on ways to care for the area down below. I love her disposition and wasn't really used to an unhurried consultation because the sessions with my other gynaes were usually short and chop-chop. Dr Ng also did a pap smear for me, which is something I've a horrid phobia of. It turned out perfectly OK and I was surprised at how smoothly it went. Just wanna convey my thanks to Dr Ng and the team. She'd be my go-to gynae from now on 💜
